The most common company outing is going to the beach. Activities done under the sun and on the sand are definitely more fun.

Club Punta Fuego is a premiere membership resort club located on Peninsula de Punta Fuego on the pristine coast of Nasugbu, Batangas. Quezon Province Beaches
Quezon Province is known for its scenic natural attractions and this is most evident from its stunning array of beaches as the province boasts of the longest coastline in the Philippines.
This beach exudes serenity all around. If the team’s goal is to have the ultimate break from the hustle and bustle in the metropolis, this is the ideal place. Get to see the golden sandy beach in Jomalig Island and its beautiful turquoise water. The island’s premiere beach is Salibungot and it’s unique for the Agoho Pine Trees that borders the coastline. Salibungot beach is far different from other beaches because you can only hear birds singing, the calming sound of the waves and nature that can soothe any tired soul rather than beaches that offer a boisterous and crazy nightlife.
Ride a bus going to Real town in Quezon Province and take a boat to Jomalig Island to see the famous golden coast of Salibungot Beach. There are no hotels to stay in but you can stay in Tejada’s Place in Sitio Landing for ₱500 a night or you may camp along the beach if you prefer.
Puting Buhangin Beach
Considered to be the most scenic beach in Padre Burgos, Puting Buhangin, which is tucked in a corner of Pagbilao Grande Island, is one of the beaches that has been gaining popularity in the past few years for because it’s simply stunning with its fine white sand and crystal-clear waters that change with alternating shades of emerald and azure. Its seabed is devoid of rocks, seaweed and rough coral which is ideal for anyone’s swimming pleasure. The cove is also known for its beautiful limestone rock formations that form a unique cave famously known as Kwebang Lampas.
It takes about 3-5 hours if you travel by bus to reach the place. First, board the bus to Lucena Grand Terminal (₱250-₱260, 3.5 hours) and then another bus to Unisan (₱35-₱40, 45-75 minutes). Get off at QCRB Bank in Padre Burgos and take a trike to Aplaya (15 minutes). You’ll find boats for rent there.
Aliya Surf Camp and Resort
If you’re looking for a new summer experience, then head to Aliya Surf Camp and Resort, a place where you can surf, relax and unwind. It boasts of a great restaurant (the tofu sisig and kinilaw are top notch), a bar and a beautiful infinity pool. 2. Public Resorts
If you’re looking for an alternative to beaches for your next vacation, one of the most accessible destinations near Manila is Laguna where you can find so many affordable resorts, private pools, cold springs, hot springs and lakes to spend your weekend vacation.
Dona Jovita Garden Resort
A different vacation awaits you at Doña Jovita Garden Resort – Nature’s Hot Spring at the foot of Mt. Makiling. They have a garden full of ornamental plants and trees, refreshing swimming pools and jacuzzis. The place is also suitable for conducting seminars, team buildings, and other events. Have a great time with team building activities on their rapell wall, obstacle course, zipline and airsfoft range. The group can also try our other sporty activities like horseback riding, badminton, volleyball, frisbee, table tennis, basketball, billiards and darts.
Cottages range from ₱3,200 to ₱11,500 while hotel rooms range from ₱3,300 to ₱3,500. The resort is located at Km 57, National Highway, Bagong Kalsada, Calamba, Laguna which is about 1.5 to 2 hours from Manila if you take the South Luzon Expressway (SLEX) and exit to Calamba.
While it would be fun to splash around a natural body of water, not everybody in Metro Manila has the luxury of time (and budget) to arrange a trip out of town.
