PROPERTY OWNER – AGREEMENT FOR COMMISSION PAYMENT FOR PROPERTY SALES AND RENTALS
Brokerage Service Fee
For the Brokerage Services rendered by Hoppler, Inc., the Seller shall
pay the Brokerage Service Fee under the following terms:
Brokerage Service fee is equal to a minimum, but not limited to, three percent (3%) of the total agreed selling price.
Payment to Hoppler is due at the time of signing the “Deed of Sale”.
The Buyer shall issue a Manager’s Check to the Property Owner for full payment of the agreed sale price MINUS Hoppler, Inc.’s Brokerage service fee of 3%.
The Buyer shall issue a Manager’s Check to Hoppler equal to Hoppler’s Brokerage Service fee of 3% of the sale price.
Brokerage Service fee is equal to a minimum, but not limited to, the 1 month rental amount, on a 1 year lease. If more or less than 1 year, the amount will be pro-rated accordingly (i.e. ½ month for 6 month lease, 2 months for 2 year lease)
Payment to Hoppler is due at the time of signing the “Lease Agreement”.
The Renter shall issue a Manager’s Check to the Property Owner for security deposits and any advanced rental payments MINUS Hoppler, Inc.’s Brokerage service fee.
The Renter shall issue a Manager’s Check to Hoppler equal to Hoppler’s Brokerage Service fee.
Brokerage Services/Scope of Work
Hoppler and/or Partner Broker shall perform the following:
Marketing of property through digital methods and/or other traditional marketing methods such as but not limited to printing of signs and advertisements;
Attract Buyers/Renters via the Hoppler website and other means;
Provide the Buyer/Renter with Viewing Lists of properties based on his/her requirements;
Arrange/Assist property viewings or “trippings” for the Buyer/Renter;
Liaise with the Property Owner or Co-Broker and the Buyer/Renter during negotiations;
Provide “due diligence” to the Buyer/Renter and the Seller/Lessor for documents such as background checks, title search, taxes due, and other tasks as necessary
Handover of the transferred Original Title & Tax Declaration of the property under the name of the Buyer/Renter
Attend contract signing between Property Owner or Co-Broker and the Buyer/Renter;
Facilitate “handover” of the property.
Hoppler and/or Partner Broker shall prepare and deliver the following documents:
Letter of Intent (to be signed by the Property Owner or Co-Broker, Hoppler, and the Buyer/Renter)
Contract of Sale (to be signed by Property Owner or Co-broker and the Buyer)
Facilitate the transfer of Title & Tax Declaration
Absolute Deed of Sale
Schedule of Payments (breakdown of expenses for Seller and Buyer) such as cost of property, taxes, brokers fee, and other fees
If rental, Leasing Agreement (to be signed by Property Owner or Co-broker and the Renter)
PARTNER BROKER – AGREEMENT FOR COMMISSION SHARING FOR PROPERTY SALES AND RENTALS
Hoppler will charge the amount of 50% of the total commission amount paid by the property owner, where a Hoppler broker would be assigned to co-broker a rental or sales transaction with Partner Broker’s property.
Hoppler will charge the amount of 20% of the total commission amount paid by the property owner, where Hoppler qualifies the prospective customer, but provides the customer directly to a Partner Broker representative, without assistance from Hoppler’s internal brokers.
Hoppler will charge the amount of 10% of the total commission amount paid by the property owner, where Hoppler introduces Partner Broker to a 3rd party broker who represents a prospective buyer/tenant.
Hoppler shall promote products selected by Partner Broker. Hoppler shall be obligated to promote Partner Broker’s product within a geographic location, pre-defined and mutually agreed upon by the Parties, prior to promotion of selected products.
Hoppler shall make use of standard digital marketing techniques, but not limited to, Search Engine Optimization, digital advertisements, mass email campaigns, and publishing online articles hosted on Hoppler’s website.
Any material to be published or reflected online by Hoppler requires approval by Partner Broker or at least one (1) representative from Partner Broker’s company.
Partner Broker shall deliver to Hoppler all necessary content and materials in order to accurately market Partner Broker’s products online. Any substantive changes to the content from the materials provided by Partner Broker shall be communicated by Hoppler, and published online only after approval by Partner Broker.
Hoppler shall incur all costs related to the marketing of available units from the portfolio of Partner Broker represented properties.
Lead Generation, Sales, and Property Listings
Hoppler shall screen all potential product buyers prior to introduction to Partner Broker. Hoppler shall provide Partner Broker with all necessary information, regarding potential customers, in order to effectively transact.
Should any direct owner on Partner Broker’s list of units approach Hoppler to represent him or her directly, without notifying Partner Broker, Hoppler will notify Partner Broker. Hoppler will only represent the units through Partner Broker.
If an owner specifically requests for exclusive representation, the owner will be advised to provide a written request sent to both Hoppler and Partner Broker.
Hoppler shall only accept one version of a listing, on a “first come, first serve” basis. Only one Partner Broker is allowed to represent a unique listing within Hoppler’s network and database, at any given time.
In order for Hoppler to ensure that the first Partner Broker will be the only representative of a listing, Partner Broker must supply the complete address.
Partner Broker must update the listing in a timely manner, defined as no later than 3 months for rental properties, and 6 months for properties for sale. Listings not updated will be archived, and will allow for another Partner Broker to upload the same listing and be the only representative of that listing.

or making inquiries about Third Party Content. Hoppler.com.ph is not responsible
