Philippine Real Estate Developers’ Subsidiaries and their Notable Projects (Part 1)

It’s a well-known fact that the Real Estate industry makes an important contribution to the economy of a country and the welfare of its people. Playing a big part in making this industry a success are real estate developers. Their continued expansion, planning, financing, technical and construction expertise, have made it possible to achieve so much in this industry.

But as in any type of business, there is a need to diversify as they grow. One way businesses grow is by creating and acquiring subsidiaries. A subsidiary is a company that is partly or completely owned by another company that holds a controlling interest in the subsidiary company.
