Ayala Land Premier Defines Distinctive Living Experience with The Alcoves

Ayala Land Premier adds another luxury development at the heart of Cebu business district, The Alcoves, which follows the success of its previous developments, namely 1016 Residences in 2010 and Park Point Residences in 2012. The Alcoves is a 37-story luxury condominium that offers of a number of distinctive amenities and residential concepts suitable for the modern lifestyle.

According to Ayala Land Premier managing director Jose Juan Jugo, “The Alcoves will be a premium high-rise composed of two residential blocks connected by a shared elevator core. It features a unique design that is cohesive and blends with the overall design of the Ayala Center Cebu Superblock.”

The Alcoves is a mixed-use tower with a retail podium and high-rise residences that will feature retail and dining establishments on the second and third floors, and private access to Ayala Center Cebu. “To cater to the discerning tastes of ALP’s market, The Alcoves presents the luxury of choice. There are eight residential concepts to choose from, six of which are considered special, limited edition units,” Jugo said.

“Rising atop Ayala Center Cebu itself, residents will enjoy direct access to the mall’s various retail and dining options via the first four levels, which are all connected to the existing mall,” Jugo added.

One of Ayala Land Premier’s signature residential concepts is a 112-square meter bi-level residences named the Alcove Suites, with two bedrooms, a powder room, en-suite bathrooms and maid’s room. These well-designed residences are available for only six units.

On the 36th level is another exclusive residence of The Alcove called Sky Alcove, which allows a grand view of the city and the Sky Pavilion. The Sky Alcove is a 153-sqm unit with two levels furnished with two bedrooms, a galley-type kitchen, en-suite bathrooms, utility area and maid’s room. “The one-bedroom Classic and two-bedroom Classic layouts have the most number of units in the mix. All two-bedroom classics are corner units at 106 sqm in size, with great views of the city. The one-bedroom Classics range from 58 to 69 sqm, and may be combined if the owner prefers, to become a larger home, tailor-fit to suit their lifestyle,” Jugo said.

“Owners may sometimes prefer to have more diverse living spaces so we’re providing the option of combining adjacent one-bedroom units together. This allows them to essentially create a truly flexible living space tailor-fit to their lifestyle. The owner is given this option once the units are turned over,” he furthered.

Moreover, the fourth floor Amenity Deck features 2,500 sqm of landscaped gardens, a kiddie pool and lounge pool, indoor and outdoor playgrounds, function rooms and a veranda.

Leya Moya, Ayala Land Premier project development group head, stated “Residents can work out at the fitness gym and lap pool, or unwind at the pool bar and lounge, all while enjoying magnificent views of the city. This is truly a one-of-a-kind feature for a premium residence like The Alcoves.”

Ayala land Premier’s latest offering is expected to be completed by 2020.
