Hoppler Announces Exciting Things In Store For 2016
Manila, Philippines – Over 70 real estate brokers and practitioners were gathered at Contis Greenbelt in Makati City on November 25, 2015 for an afternoon of mingling, mixing and networking with Hoppler’s newly signed up partner brokers.
Hoppler’s Chief Executive Officer Ramon Ballesca formally started the program with the introduction of Hoppler’s newest addition to its family, Ms. Emma Concepcion as the head of Pre-Selling Division and Mr. Danilo Antonio, as the property consultant of the said firm.
Ballesca, together with Ms. Menchie Genis and Mr. Paul Aure of the Broker Relations Division, also welcomed the pioneer to its newest broker program called Hoppler Associates. The Hoppler associates will serve as Hoppler’s extended hand in brokering properties targeted to middle-class market.
To help the brokers navigate through the Hoppler website, Hoppler’s Listings Lead, Ms. Ria Don, gave a brief explanation on how to upload and manage listings online. This was followed by a presentation from Hoppler’s Digital Marketing Lead, Mr. Alvier Marqueses, who shared important key points on how to make listings stand out online. Real estate brokers and practitioners were all focused on the slideshows as Marqueses gave tips on marketing properties digitally through the use of social media and the Hoppler website.
The room was filled with excitement as Mr. Ronald Wenceslao, Hoppler’s Product Development Manager, revealed the soon-to-be-released Hoppler Mobile Application that will make searching for properties even more convenient for property seekers. The real estate brokers and practitioners got to experience the app’s features that include property finder through map view, photo view and list view, an establishment finder where users can locate nearby restaurants, hospitals and shopping malls while on-the-go, and most of all, the upload feature where brokers can easily post, update and manage their listings online anytime, anywhere.
The much-awaited app will be available for download on Android devices on December 2015.
