Hoppler Dialogues Looks Ahead Towards a Future of Partnerships

It was an afternoon of meaningful discussion and networking as real estate professionals gathered at Common Ground, 8 Rockwell, Makati for Hoppler Dialogues last August 29, 2019.

Entitled “The Future of Real Estate is Partnership,” the event featured industry experts who shed light on the increase of partnerships is businesses today and its influence on real estate. The talks focused on how to grow and nurture strategic partnerships that could help brokers and agents experience a new wave of growth and success in their careers.

Hoppler President and CRO, Raymond Gonzalez, formally opened the program with a brief overview of the event.

The first speaker of the afternoon and current Business Development Manager of Google Philippines, Dowan Kim, introduced Google solutions to sell real estate to locals and OFWs. Focusing on the opportunities that come with partnering with an online platform, he presented ways real estate professionals could leverage Google services to attract more leads.

Yuri Barone, representative from one of the event’s sponsors Shang Properties presented latest residential development: Shang Residences Wack Wack.

The second guest speaker at the event was Ana Lucia Aguila, the current Expansion Manager of Common Ground Work Philippines. With years of experience in the coworking business under her belt, she tackled how to create partnerships in the workplace. She focused on engaging the community to explore opportunities that will benefit all the individuals involved in the partnership.

After a quick break, Nick Padilla, CEO and Co-Founder of kahon.ph, gave an enlightening discussion on trust — a quality that should be at the forefront of every partnership. Calling trust the “new currency in building better relationships,” he emphasized the need for it in successful partnerships, whether between individuals or brands.

At the conclusion of the talks, attendees were given the chance to ask the speakers questions.

Each speaker was then presented with an honorary plaque.

Raffle winners were also awarded during the event with tea timers from event partner, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf.

The event was concluded by Hoppler CEO, Ramon Ballesca, who thanked guests and gave a final word to encourage people to begin exploring new partnerships.
