Hoppler Reveals First Circle of Trusted Brokers

Manila, Philippines – Hoppler, the Philippines’ largest online real estate brokerage firm, celebrated its first Brokers Event for the year with some of our distinguished partner brokers at Romulo Café Makati on March 25, 2015. Attended by 15 of the industry’s best, some of the notable brokers who graced the event were Mr. Eddie Santos, Ms. Fatima Macalintal, Mr. Raffy Santos and Mr. Robert Sarmiento.

The event hosted significant and remarkable talks about Hoppler and its vision. Mr. John Riad, Chief Executive Officer of Hoppler, started the discussion by enlightening our partners with HousingInteractive’s transition to Hoppler. “We changed the name to Hoppler for one simple reason – we want to keep it fresh, fun and appealing to the market”, Mr John Riad stated.

On April 2014, Hoppler was launched as a premiere tool, powered by HousingInteractive, to make property hunting in the Philippines simple and effortless. However, Hoppler did not stop with just being an online search tool – the brand evolved into a go-to venue for easier and faster transactions among property owners, brokers and property seekers.

Mr. Thomas Spignesi, Chief Business Development Officer of Hoppler, explained that the objective is to connect property buyers and sellers through Hoppler and build a community of professionals helping property seekers meet their new home in the easiest way possible.

Now that Hoppler is definitely on its way towards a clear direction, the Hoppler team is dedicated to educating our partners on how to use the website and manage their listings. Mr. Ronald Wenceslao, Product Manager of Hoppler, discussed about the access of Trusted Brokers to the Hoppler system. Features of the Trusted Broker Accounts include Upload Listings and dashboard for their Listings and Viewing Lists.

Before the program formally ended, Mr. Robert Sarmiento, Owner and President of Robert G. Sarmiento Realty, expressed his appreciation for Hoppler’s heightened vision. According to Mr. Sarmiento, Hoppler is a lot different from the other real estate brokerage firms in the Philippines and that Hoppler is the one to look out for.
