International Property Show 2017: The Place for Best Local and International Property Deals

The Dubai International Property Show, to be held in Dubai World Trade Center on April 2-4, 2017, is an annual three-day real estate event that showcases both international and local real estate properties, projects, services and developments to global audiences.

First organized in 2001, the International Property Show (IPS) has become Middle East’s premium property marketplace for real estate investors, developers, architects, designers and other real estate professionals. Exhibitors from around the globe are given the opportunity to discuss business trends and insights with industry professionals, boost sales deals of local and international properties, and attract interest from prospective business partners and potential investors. “The International Property Show is an ideal platform that attracts leading global, regional, and local developers. As the 12th International Property Show proved to be a roaring success, the 13th edition of IPS in 2017 is expected to become a stronger platform for more property deals locally and internationally. This year, IPS is supported by the Dubai Land Department (DLD). Taking the lead on real estate consumer event for properties in Dubai, IPS encourages both international and local real estate markets to exhibit their residential, commercial and mixed-use real estate products and convert its efforts into a transactional business.
