List of Passers: Philippine Real Estate Broker Licensure Exam 2015 Results

Manila, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced on May 29, Thursday, the result of the Philippine Real Estate Broker Licensure Examination (REBLEX) administered by the Board of Real Estate Service in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, and Tugegarao.

The results were released in 4 working days. Out of the 10,370 who took the exam, 5,220 passed.

The members of the Board of Real Estate Service who gave the licensure examination are Dr. Eduardo G. Ong, Chairman; Florencio C. Diño II and Rafael M. Fajardo, Members.

Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be on June 15 to 19, 2015. Those who will register are required to bring the following:

  • duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal,
  • current Community Tax Certificate (cedula),
  • 1 piece passport size picture (colored with white background and complete nametag),
  • 2 sets of metered documentary stamps and 1 short brown envelope with name and profession and submission of Original Surety Bond, minimum amount of which is P 20,000.00, with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC)/Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board (HLURB) as Obligee and to pay the Initial Registration Fee of P600 and Annual Registration Fee of P450 for 2015-2018.

Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.

The date and venue for the oathtaking ceremony of the new successful examinees in the said examination will be announced later.

Real estate practitioners and sales agents need to pass this exam to become a Real Estate Broker in the Philippines.
