The International Property Show (IPS) was first organized in 2001 and has successfully grown to become Middle East’s premium property marketplace where key real estate investors, developers, architects, designers and other real estate professionals share industry trends and insights, generate sales deals of local and international properties, and attract noteworthy interest from prospective business partners.

Following the previous successes of IPS, the Dubai International Property Show 2016 looks forward to more than 20,000 visitors from 140 countries to join the much awaited real estate sales event. On its 12th year, the three-day property show will take place from April 11-16, 2016 at the Dubai World Trade Centre.
