The First #HopplerDialogues Equips Brokers to be Game Changers

Hoppler launched the first #HopplerDialogues at A Space Greenbelt, Makati City last Thursday, February 22, 2018. Themed Being the Game Changer in Your Network, guest speakers and industry experts imparted their knowledge and wisdom to a packed room of brokers and real estate professionals who graced the event.

Hoppler President and COO, Raymond Gonzalez, started the event by welcoming guests.

Ms. Joy Cruz, a veteran in international sales and business development, discussed how to embrace one’s role in the real estate industry.

Mr. Paul Ryan Isip, with more than 15 years of experience in sales, explained the importance of maintaining professionalism and integrity in doing business dealings.

COO of multi-media creative and production company Fire Starters Production Inc., Real Florido provided tips on developing one’s leadership influence.

During the break, brokers were given a chance to socialize and participate in Instagram and Facebook contests for a chance to win prizes. Delicious food and drinks were provided, as well as free flowing coffee from #HopplerDialogues official partner Kick-start Coffee.

After the break, talks resumed with CEO of Symphony Technology Ventures, Mr. Steven Santos, shedding light on the benefits of Maximizing Technology for Increased Success.

After each speaker had given their talks, a panel discussion was held to give audiences an opportunity to dialogue with them. They were joined by Hoppler CEO Ramon Ballesca Jr. in answering questions.

Hoppler Marketing Manager Alvier Marqueses and Brand Manager Mary Whitney awarded the winners of social media contests.

To conclude the event, Hoppler’s CEO Ramon Ballesca Jr. gave a few words.

It was a successful event as attendees went home inspired and encouraged from the words of the speakers and equipped with new tips, strategies, and tools to elevate their work. Being in a community of both new brokers and veterans helps open new avenues for personal growth and expansion in one’s career.
