Vista Flats Joins the University Series in QC

Rising at the corner of Katipunan and B. Gonzales Street is the newest member of Vista Residences, the Vista Flats. The new condominium tower will be the ninth tower to join the University Series, a series of towers that will cater to students and faculty from Philippines’ top learning institutions such as Ateneo de Manila, Miriam College and University of the Philippines.

The 1,000-square meter Vista Flats will rise up to 37 storeys. The 27 storeys are for residential, 6 storeys for parking, 2 storeys for businesses, the ground floor for commercial space and an additional floor for amenities area.

Moreover, the residential area will consist of 24 units per floor, with unit sizes ranging from 18.23 to 24.42-square meter studios, to 27.71 to 30.96-square meter one-bedroom residences. Each unit is inclusive of a study and dining area, kitchen, and toilet and bath to complement the students’ and faculty’s needs.

As part of the University Series, an extra feature of the Vista Flats is its amenities in the 37th floor complete with an e-Library, a fitness gym, a swimming pool with a sun deck, a landscaped balcony, and a multi-purpose function room for hosting school meetings or study groups.

Furthermore, the Vista Flats will use solar panels to help decrease carbon footprint. These panels, a feature in all towers of University Series, will be used to power selected areas and mobile charging stations.

Part of Vista Residences’ mark in its buildings is the security of the residents. The building will be equipped CCTV systems in public areas, smoke and fire alarms and guards in the reception area and parking floors.

Because the University Series is designed for students and faculty, Vista Flats comes with “Cordomitel” program where select units are leased and run as dormitories in which 2—4 persons can share a unit. A dorm manager will be assigned  to look after the residents and implement “house rules” such as curfew and study hours.

Student living in the University Belt is boldly redefined by Vista Residences’ University Series. The University Series is currently comprised of the Crown Tower University Belt (launched in 2005), Vista 309 Katipunan (launched in 2011), Vista Taft (launched in 2011), España 878 (launched in 2012). Following the success of the four standing towers, Vista Residences launched five more buildings namely, Vista GL Taft, Vista Heights in Legarda, Vista Katipunan in Quezon City the second project in the area and Vista Recto in Manila and the Vista Brenthill in Baguio.

The Vista Residences is the condominium arm of Vista Land.
