Sales Operations Manager

Job Description

  • Act as the point of contact for the sales team.
  • Define quarterly objectives and drive the team to hit key milestones to increase deals and network of partner brokers in real estate.
  • Build and help to standardize business reporting for strategic analysis and internal business review.
  • Provide recommendations and take actions based on strategic objectives, forecast or performance metrics.
  • Enhance sales productivity by enabling the team to work smarter by simplifying processes and evaluating new tools.
  • Create and maintain documentation on sales processes, policies, and relevant sales training materials and assist with onboarding new sales talent.
  • Work with Finance, HR, and sales management to develop sales incentive programs and compensation planning in order to increase sales productivity.
  • Identify and eliminate sales process bottlenecks and inconsistencies.
  • Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics and delivering regular insights to the business; define and deliver techniques to improve the funnel performance for sales management.
  • Produce and review actionable and accurate sales reporting and BI tools for reps, managers, and sales leaders.
  • Partner with sales reps and marketing to refine lead qualification process, analyze and report on campaign performances with reporting and dashboards.
  • Refine customer segmentation, assist with territory management, and help create a plan to enhance renewal and upsell processes.
  • Support sales spiff programs by updating performance, reporting, and communications to participants to drive success.

Job Qualification

Skills

  • Demonstrated success in a sales ops, business ops, or similar role.
  • Ability to understand high-level sales strategies, translate them into system and process requirements, and ensure local execution and business impact.
  • Analytical and demonstrated ability to extract key business insights through data analysis.
  • Experience creating reports, optimizing processes, training new hires, managing dashboards, and more.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks; proven strong organizational and project management skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Track record in driving change and removing hurdles in fast growth organizations by working cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance and IT.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to C-level executives
  • Agile, self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively.

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in sales operations and business systems. Proven track record in established company.
  • Experience building and/or managing a sales operations team
  • Experience in real estate sales highly preferred.

Other

  • Directly reports to Chief Growth Officer or Chief Executive Officer.
  • Salary range = Competitive, above market
  • Eligible for 14th month performance bonus, subject to overall company performance.
  • Medical insurance coverage after regularization (6 months).
  • Standard government mandated benefits.
  • No standard work hours, just coordinate time each day for in-person collaboration with all stakeholders.

Sales Director

Job Description

      • Must be a Licensed Real Estate Broker
      • At least 5 years experience selling real estate
      • Experience in Residential and Commercial Sales and Leasing
      • Must be Driven, Determined and a Multitasker

Sales Secretary

Job Description

      •  Must be a college graduate
      •  Must have at least 3 years experience as an Executive Secretary

AWS Systems Administrator

Job Description

      • Manage company Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure
      • Implement processes to automate deployment and scaling.
      • Assist development teams with any infrastructure needs.
      • Measure and enhance application performance and implement scaling.
      • Review and implement security elements to keep infrastructure safe from time to time.
      • Review, monitoring and set up alerts for all the various services.
      • Help with cost optimizations of infrastructure.

Job Requirements

      • Sound knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu Server preferred).
      • Hands on experience with AWS services (EC2, RDS, elasticache, Route53 and others).
      • Nginx configurations for dynamic web applications is optional/bonus.
      • Passion to work in an exciting fast-paced environment.
      • Experience with DevOps techniques and philosophies.
      •  Hands-on experience with server scripting languages is optional/bonus.

Full Stack Web Developer

Job Description

      • Code maintenance and testing for the developed product
      • Research & Development for the updates and enhancement of the product
      • Collaborate with team in solving complex problems, while at same time work independently on assigned tasks
      • Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
      • Follow, enhance, and contribute to group coding standards and best practices around documentation, code-formatting, source-control
      • Integrate user-facing elements developed by a front-end developer with server side logic
      • Building sql/code scripts for product support.

Job Qualifications

      • Experienced in web development and system integration (Fresh graduates / Junior are welcome to apply)
      • Experienced in database oriented application development (common Relational Databases).NoSQL Database development is a bonus/optional.
      • Programming languages: Javascript, HTML5, JSON.
      • NodeJS, Java, XML and CSS are nice-to-have’s.
      • Willing to learn new programming languages.
      • Documentation skills is optional/bonus.
      • Good in communication, able to articulate ideas and feedback.
      • Good personality and attitude. Always on-time and responsive to communications.

Marketing Interns

Job Description

      • Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns
      • Perform market analysis and research on competition
      • Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
      • Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail and web)
      • Prepare promotional presentations
      • Help distribute marketing materials
      • Help organize marketing events
