Building a solid team is important for an organization to function efficiently. It is true that we must separate our personal and professional lives when it comes to working with other people. But it is also true that it is easier to work with people that you actually like and really have fun being around.

Summertime is usually the season where a lot of companies and organizations are planning to go on trips and solidify the relations of their human resources. If you are still looking for the perfect getaway for your team, this article might help you come up with a vision for your summer adventure.

Beach Outing

The most common company outing is going to the beach. Activities done under the sun and on the sand are definitely more fun.

1. Batangas Beach Resorts

Batangas is a very popular beach location in the Philippines. Located in Southern Luzon, people come in droves in the summertime for its pristine waters, fine, white sand beaches and awesome beach resorts. Ride a bus going to Real town in Quezon Province and take a boat to Jomalig Island to see the famous golden coast of Salibungot Beach. There are no hotels to stay in but you can stay in Tejada’s Place in Sitio Landing or you may camp along the beach if you prefer.

  • Puting Buhangin Beach

Considered to be the most scenic beach in Padre Burgos, Puting Buhangin, which is tucked in a corner of Pagbilao Grande Island, is one of the beaches that has been gaining popularity in the past few years for because it’s simply stunning with its fine white sand and crystal-clear waters that change with alternating shades of emerald and azure. Its seabed is devoid of rocks, seaweed and rough coral which is ideal for anyone’s swimming pleasure. The cove is also known for its beautiful limestone rock formations that form a unique cave famously known as Kwebang Lampas.

  • Aliya Surf Camp and Resort
